Miss Marie Café from 45 Beetham Parade Rosanna have decided that because of the immense support that they have received that it is time for them to give something back to those in need.
To utilise their time and resources and to keep them engage they have decided to provide 50 free dinner meals per day. The meals will are being provided to elderly, health care, aged care professionals doing long hours, people in self isolation, ones who have lost their jobs, casuals who aren’t getting enough work or anyone who cannot support themselves in this current COVID-19 scenario.
All prepared meals are mainly hearty vegetarian meals to avoid any OH&S issues. If not eaten on the day of delivery they can be frozen for later.
We are delighted that Ryder-Cheshire Ivanhoe Homes were nominated to receive 10 meals a day for our residents and carers.
We would like to thank Miss Marie Café for their wonderful practical idea of helping those in need at this difficult time.
